Some people go above and beyond and actually put together the world’s largest gingerbread village ever known to man. This gingerbread village is massive in every way and definitely too beautiful to destroy and eat.
This record-setting gingerbread village was put together by New York chef Jon Lovitch and incorporates 500 pounds of gingerbread, 400 pounds of candy and 2,240 pounds of icing. It contains 152 houses and 65 trees and weighs a whopping 1.5 tons. it is after all the life cycle of most Christmas traditions.
